Enthone MacDermid - Hysol 2 Part Epoxy Inks

ENTHONE MacDermod, formerly HYSOL®, Epoxy ink is a permanent, two-component, epoxy-based marking ink. These inks may be used with a selection of catalysts which cure at elevated and/or room temperatures. These 2 part marking inks are used in the electronics, aerospace, automotive, appliance and decorative packing industries. Uses include the permanent marking of semiconductor components, circuit boards, connectors, dials, nameplates, panels, chassis, glass, and thermoplastics.

Characteristics: Superior adhesion to epoxy, glass, metal or other nonporous surfaces designed for rubber stamping or offset printing. Excellent resistance to abrasion, MEK, alcohol, TCE, flux removers, salt, acid and alkali solutions when properly cured.

Applications; When used with a rubber stamp, use a brayer roller or similar device to roll the ink into a thin drawn down before transferring to the stamp.

ACCESSORY PRODUCTS

AD2001 Thinner for nominal adjustments in viscosity. Incrementally add 3-6% by weight.

AD2002 Thinner for spray applications. Add 25-40% by volume.

AD2003 Retarder to extend open time. Incrementally add 3-6% by weight.

AD3002 Flow agent to eliminate crawling, pin-holing and bubbling. Incrementally add 2-4% by weight. Mix gently to avoid over mixing.

WORNOW EPOXY INK — Rubber Stamping Enthone’s HYSOL® M-Series Wornow ink is a permanent, two-component, epoxy-based marking ink. These inks may be used with a selection of catalysts which cure at elevated and/or room temperatures. When properly applied and cured, M-Series ink has excellent adhesion to glass, metal, and thermosetting plastics. M-Series is extremely resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, chemicals, salt spray, thermal shock, and is qualified to MIL‑I‑43553 and AA56032. HYSOL® M‑Series marking ink is used in the electronics, aerospace, automotive, appliance and decorative packing industries. Uses include the permanent marking of semiconductor components, circuit boards, connectors, dials, nameplates, panels, chassis, glass, and thermoplastics. Stocked in 10cc pack; available in BLACK or WHITE only. The 6 oz. can is available in BLACK, WHITE, YELLOW and RED.
