Ink Specifications & Characteristics; We carry a wide range of water, solvent and resin-based industrial inks that offer excellent durability and adhesion on porous and non-porous surfaces, including paper, corrugated, plastic, metal and rubber. General Purpose Solvent Inks

GENERAL PURPOSE SOLVENT INKS

#1250 Ink;
Characteristics; Excellent all purpose, waterproof solvent ink that performs well in all types of application methods.
Surfaces; Porous, Non-Porous Glossy paper, Painted surfaces, Metal, Hardwood, Electronic parts, Plastics, Packaging materials (including Mylar), Vinyl envelopes.
Application; All types of Automatic Coders, Hand Stamp.
Drying Time; 10-15 seconds.
Colors: Black, Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, Orange, Purple, Pink, Silver, White.

#141 Ink;
Characteristics; General purpose waterproof ink with slow dry time.
Surfaces; Porous, Non-Porous Paper, Corrugated, Plastic, Metal.
Application; Hand stamp.
Drying Time; 1 minute.
Colors: Black, Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, Orange, Pink, Silver, White.

#8300 Ink;
Characteristics; General purpose waterproof ink with fast dry time.
Surfaces; Porous, Non-Porous Paper, Corrugated, Wood, Plastic and Metals.
Application; Hand stamp and self-inking stamp.
Drying Time; 15 - 30 Seconds.
Colors: Black, Blue, Red, White.

High Performance Inks

HIGH PERFORMANCE INKS

#6459 Epoxy Ink
Characteristics; One part epoxy resin resists most solvents and degreasers. Excellent permanence
and easy to use.
Surfaces; Non-Porous Ceramic, Metal, Plastics, Smooth-Hard to Mark Surfaces
Application; All types of Automatic Coders, Hand Stamp, Silk Screen.
Drying Time; 10 seconds - 4 hours.
Colors: Black, Blue, Red, White.

#C100 Paste Ink
Characteristics; General purpose for use on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. Non-oxidizing, may be resolublized with additional ink or thinner.
Surfaces; Rubber hand stamp, RibType, Prenco Type.
Application; Direct or offset, Brayer, Ink Roller, Glass or Stainless Steel Plate.
Drying Time; 30 - 90 Minutes.
Colors: Black, Blue, Red, White, Pink, Yellow, Brown, Gold, Grey, Green, Silver, Violet.

ADE Series 2 Part Epoxy Ink
Characteristics; Two part epoxy meets government spec. A-A-56032. The most permanent ink available.
Surfaces; Non-Porous, Porous, Ceramic, Metal, Plastics, Nylon, Cotton, Wood.
Application; Hand Stamp, Brayer Roller, Silk Screen.
Drying Time; 6 - 8 hours.
Colors: Black, White, Brown, Red, Green, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Clear.

HYSOL 2 Part Epoxy Ink
Characteristics; Two part epoxy meets government spec. MIL-I-43553, A-A-56032, A-A-56032-C, The most permanent ink available.
Surfaces; Non-Porous, Porous, Ceramic, Metal, Plastics, Nylon, Cotton, Wood.
Application; Hand Stamp, Brayer Roller, Silk Screen.
Drying Time; 6 - 8 hours.

#432 Ink;
Characteristics; Solvent resistant including degreasers, alcohol, trichloroethylene
Surfaces; Non-Porous Metal, Plastic, PCB, PE, PP.

Invisible Inks

INVISIBLE INKS

#6330 UV Ink;
Characteristics; Solvent – water and Isopropyl alcohol. Air dry, waterproof, water-based ink. Nontoxic for skin marking.
Surfaces; Skin, Non-Porous.
Application; Hand Stamp.
Drying Time; 15 seconds.
Colors: Fluorescent Blue, Green.

#245 Ink;
Characteristics; Waterproof with excellent adhesion to plastic surfaces. Ideal for cellophane.

Application; Roller/Reciprocating Coder, Hand Stamp.
Drying Time; 3 - 5 seconds.

Characteristics; Fast drying, clear clean imprint. Washes off with tap water.
