Rubber Mask Glass Grit Etching Stencils

Rubber Masks that are widely used throughout the glass, door, and window manufacturing industries for general logo marking, as well as for SGCC certification and thickness marking. Our standard rubber sand blasting mask stencil size is;

Sizes: 2-1/2” x 2-1/2”  or  3” x 2”

Thickness:  .025 - .035.

Larger sizes thickness ranges from .036 - .070.

We can produce other mask sizes to your specifications. Lettering height starts at .060 and up. 
Rubber masks can be used to mark various shapes such as flat, curved, tubular, convex or concave.
