Postmortem DWI Specimen Collection Kit - 25/case
The PM0GEN Postmortem Specimen Collection Kit is designed for the collection of specimens that are sent to the medical examiner’s office or crime laboratory for analysis. As with all our specimen collection kits, this kit complies with all overnight carriers and the US Postal Service regulations for the transport of biological specimens. The design of this kit is based on the majority of custom designed kits we manufacture for medical examiners throughout the country.
Kit Components
• 1 ea. Tamper-evident, pre-sealed Kit Box (6” L x 4.75” W x 2.5” H) with biohazard label affixed.
• 1 ea. Kit Instruction Sheet/FDA Insert.
• 1 ea. Specimen Bottle Holder/Protector (polyurethane foam).
• 1 ea. 20 ml Peripheral Blood Vial containing 400 mg of sodium fluoride powder with 20 ml “Fill To Mark”.
• 1 ea. 20 ml Aorta Blood Vial containing 400 mg of sodium fluoride powder with 20 ml “Fill To Mark”.
• 1 ea. 20 ml “Other” Vial with 5 ml “Fill To Mark” • 1 ea. 90 ml Liver Specimen Bottle with label affixed.
• 1 ea. Ziplock Bag, 8” x 8”, containing a liquid-absorbing sheet • 1 ea. Kit Box Shipping Seal for resealing kit box after specimen collection
